Common questions

Straight answers about how we support schools. Can’t see your question? Give us a call.

Which schools do you support?

We work with primary, middle and secondary schools, academies, multi-academy trusts and independent schools across Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Luton, Milton Keynes and Buckingham.

Can you help us meet the DfE filtering and monitoring standards?

Yes. We set up and manage web filtering and monitoring that helps you meet the DfE filtering and monitoring standards and your Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) duties, and we explain the reports to your designated safeguarding lead in plain English.

How quickly do you respond when something goes wrong?

Every school has its own personalised service level agreement (SLA), so response times are agreed with you up front and set around your school’s needs and priorities. We’ll talk it through with you before anything is signed.

Do you support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Both. We set up, manage and support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for staff and pupils, including accounts, sharing settings and security.

Can you look after every school in a multi-academy trust?

Yes. We can support every school in your trust, with joined-up planning, purchasing and device management across all of your sites.

What are StudentHub and TeacherHub?

Two simple, branded launchpads at your school’s own web address: StudentHub for children and TeacherHub for staff. Big picture buttons link straight to the sites they already use, with nothing to install and no login for pupils.

Not sure what you need?

Tell us how things are now and what’s getting in the way. We’ll suggest a sensible next step, in plain English.
